Advance Directives

  • Beneficiary Deeds - to pass real estate upon death.
  • Disposition of Last Remains - pre-planned choice which is legally binding on others as to final wishes for last remains.
  • Durable General Powers of Attorney - to appoint an agent to handle real estate and personal property, to handle tax issues, banking, personal and family maintenance, benefits from Medicare or other government programs, retirement transactions, etc. in the manner the client directs.
